Self hypnosis Technique

Self-hypnosis technique is the ability to hypnotize oneself. It is a valuable tool for anyone who has but little in reality are the masters of this technique. In our school (ISI – NVC Dr. Paret), we have developed several new methods to do so in a very simple way. In part, this comes from our studies on the instant look hypnosis (the same as those applied hypnotist 1800 Donato and Prof. Di Pisa fascinate people without even mentioning). The practice and the use of dates back from the Egyptians and the Greeks self-hypnosis. Dive us into the depth to create our new powerful hypnotic method to put new ideas in our subconscious. But what is self hypnosis?

A hypnotized subject is in a special trance. Scientists have found that the person actually hypnotized brain waves are similar to patterns of deep relaxation. They are in a State of intense concentration, with little or no account of any external stimulation. This state of relaxation allows the spirit not only to concentrate successfully on positive suggestions of it but also to find new creative neural pathways. The mind is open. But in reality, by the use of some simple tools that we will describe it is not necessary to go to a deep trance to achieve more powerful and the most amazing results. Because in fact what is needed is not a deep trance, it is a specific trance.

How a person can practice a hypnosis auto base?

There are a variety of postures for hypnosis, although beginners are asked to sit in a position symmetrical in a straight line back, holder of the Chair, taking special note to maintain a straight long spine. But what is important if you want real power in your mind is that you look at the light image remaining your closed eyes and observe the many reasons arising. Adjust yourself to your body.

This self-hypnosis technique will make your body completely soft and relaxed and empty your mind. Your brain waves will change. At this stage, you will notice that the trace of light remaining your eyes become black. It is the sign of the deep state. You can start to let you see in the dark. The face of a loved one, the image of a particular object, or what you want to achieve or even see some solutions for a subject that has been troubling you might think. Try to see in your mind. See the color, size and characteristics of your idea. This process could still last for three to ten minutes, and in the end, you remember lot of images, but not all, and the order in which they followed. At this stage open your eyes, tell your body to get out of the trance.

If your goal is that this process continues by itself, to do something else and think more that were made.

Otherwise, for personal growth, proceed to reflect on the pictures you have seen. There is always an underlying theme in the images, and a conscious consideration of will give them an overview of your true feelings on a particular topic. With this newly discovered idea, you can deal with a problem or turn it into a work of art, such as the poetry, prose, sculpture or painting. The sensation of relaxation that you feel you must have for the rest of the day, a meaning which comes from the sub-conscious revelation.
